In addition to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s), the SJFF is providing a number of other ways to help users, including:

  • An e-mail address where you can submit written questions;
  • Instructional videos to walk you through how to register, buy a ticket, and watch a movie;
  • Technical specialists who can answer your questions by telephone; and
  • Showing of a free practice movie in advance of the festival to help you to become comfortable in using the system.
