Otherwise we invite you to join us for one of our upcoming Live HELP Sessions via ZOOM.

We are adding Live Help sessions via ZOOM to the HELP Desk program this year in order to facilitate a more effective Help Desk experience. We invite you to join us in getting your technical issues resolved as well as any questions you have about Tickets and Passes or anything else related to  the Festival.

Under the Zoom Logo is a schedule for the next 3 Help sessions. Please return here during one of these scheduled  times and Click the ZOOM button to automatically be signed into that session. You will be in a Waiting Room until one of our Technical Committee Volunteers admits you.

The SJFF, in addition to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s), provides a number of other ways to help users, including:

  • An e-mail address where you can submit written questions;
  • Instructional videos to walk you through how to register, buy a ticket, and watch a movie;
  • Volunteer Technical Specialists who can answer your questions in Live ZOOM Sessions or via Telephone; and
  • Showing of a free practice movie in advance of the festival to help you to become comfortable in using the system.
